1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maroni, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Maroni is a B2B workforce time-tracking SaaS platform. It provides two types of accounts:

  • Administrator accounts: manage employees, projects, and reports
  • Employee accounts: clock in/out, track sessions, view history

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Employees register using a company code provided by their administrator
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You must be 16 or older to use this service

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Maroni operates on a monthly or annual subscription model
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods already used
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use Maroni for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Maroni is also governed by our Privacy Policy at maroni.app/privacy. You own your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Maroni and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Maroni
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maroni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law (OR/CO). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
