About Maroni
A workforce management platform built around one idea: the hours your team works in the field should turn into records, reports, and payroll — without anyone shuffling paper.
Our mission
Field service businesses lose real money to invisible time: travel that never gets logged, sessions reconstructed from memory on Friday evening, and disputes that come down to one person's word against another's.
Maroni tracks work as it happens — clock in when the drive starts, clock out when the job is done, with photos and locations attached where your company wants them. The result is a record everyone can trust: employees, admins, and clients.
Who Maroni is for
Maroni is built for construction and trade businesses in Switzerland and the EU — electricians, plumbers, builders, cleaning and maintenance crews, and every team whose work happens on someone else's site, not behind a desk.
Each company gets its own isolated workspace: employees join with a company code, admins manage projects and people from one dashboard, and the data never mixes with anyone else's.
Because our customers work under Swiss and EU rules, Maroni is built for them too: data is stored in the EU, and the platform is designed around GDPR and the Swiss nFADP — including transparency for employees about what is tracked and when.
What we believe
Tracking should be fair
Time tracking works when both sides trust it. Employees see what is recorded about their work, and location capture is a company-level choice made in the open — never a hidden default.
Software should fit the site
Muddy gloves, van dashboards, basement signal. Maroni is designed for how field work actually happens — a few taps to clock in, everything else automatic.
Data stays yours
Your company's records belong to your company. We host in the EU, we don't sell data, and if you leave, your data is deleted — that's in our Terms, not just on this page.
