Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — it simply ends at the close of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
How quickly can my team start tracking time?
Register your business and our team reviews your application within 2 business days. After approval, employees join with your company code and can clock in immediately — no on-site setup, no hardware.
Where is our data stored?
All data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is built around the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP. Your data stays yours — and if you leave, it is deleted within 30 days.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly in CHF or EUR and processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Which devices does Maroni run on?
Employees track time in the Maroni iOS app; admins manage the team, projects, and reports in the web dashboard. An Android app is planned.
Do my employees need training?
No. Clocking in and out takes a few taps, photos attach right from the job site, and holiday requests happen in the app. If your team can use a phone, they can use Maroni.
